1. In the case of leasehold property an extra £100 will be charged.
2. On a purchase disbursements will be payable such as search fees, stamp duty land tax where the purchase price is over £175,000 and land registry fees (the amount depending on the purchase price)
3. On a sale, a Home Information Pack can be arranged at a cost of £225 plus VAT.
