1. No VAT is chargeable on the above fees.
2. In the case of leasehold property an extra £200 will be charged.
3. On a purchase disbursements will be payable such as search fees, stamp duty land tax where the purchase price is over £125,000 and land registry fees (the amount depending on the purchase price)
