1. VAT is payable in addition
2. In the case of leasehold property an extra £150 will be charged.
3. On a purchase, disbursements will be payable such as search fees (approx £125), telegraphic transfer fee (£35.25), stamp duty where purchase price is over £120,000 and land registry fees (the amount depending on the purchase price).
